Overall Rationale: Preseason pool was based on Vegas odds. It's still very early and we know so little, the first few weeks I will just be moving teams up and down from the "preseason Vegas odds" rankings based on my subjective opinion of what the game results are telling us right now. When I feel comfortable that there's enough data, I'll make my best attempt at a resume-based ranking.
