Overall Rationale: Games from last season are still a factor, just scaled down a bit. As a result, teams with 2 games played so far (e.g. USC, ND) are benefitted for having more games with a higher weight... Oh well lol. It looks kinda goofy now, but should settle in better in a couple weeks.
