Overall Rationale: It's week 2.  I don't put too much yet on the results of the first week's games because we don't know who is good and who isn't yet.  Except in some circumstances, when a team looked particularly better or worse than expected, of course, like Texas on one hand or USC on another.  I don't feel like we'll have a good grip on who is good and who isn't until at least week 5.
