Overall Rationale: This was a tough week. Lots of teams looked bad against supposedly worse competition (TCU, Michigan State, Tennessee) but it's hard to punish teams for winning. There is a lot in this poll I'm uncomfortable with, basically every ranking below Houston through Notre Dame just feels... off.
