Overall Rationale: Mine is generally a wins first ranking. That means that who you beat matters the most. When cases are similar (such as OSU vs Mich) then I take a personal opinion on who I think the better is and rank them higher. So in general 1-16 were all teams with good to great wins, 18-21 were all wins but not exactly impressive, and 21-25 was all teams I think probably still should be ranked and looked competitive enough but didn't win (LSU was arguably not competitive but I think people sleep on Wisconsin a bit too much)
