Overall Rationale: I judge teams based on what they have done so far this season, but my assessment of their schedule is based on their overall opinion of the teams they beat.  So while Baylor is probably a good team this year for example, a win over Northwestern State isn't a top 25 resume.  Houston, on the other hand, has a win over Oklahoma, who's probably quite good this year, which is why I have them at number one.
