Overall Rationale: My ranking is going to look weird for the first 3 or so weeks because I go by this season and try my hardest not to let last season or preseason ranking influence who I rank.  Do I believe all these teams will stay ranked? No, but this is how I do my rankings.  I've so far ranked based on competition faced (P5, G5, FCS) and how well I believe that team did in their game.  These are also all 1-0 teams, so teams that lost will probably make it into my ranking eventually.
