Overall Rationale: Poll is very fluid early on as teams start to show their true colors, so there will be a lot of unabashed movement.  One-loss teams will have the ability to occupy the top-25 still, as many of the 1-0 teams out there haven't played a schedule as tough as the one-loss teams so far, and didn't come into the year with as many reasons to believe they will be good.
