Overall Rationale: My poll will be very volatile at the beginning of the season.  Wins against quality P5 programs will be heavily emphasized over wins against FCS or weak G5 teams.  Losses against quality P5 programs will not be heavily punished unless it was an absolute beat down.  If your team isn't here just chill.  Teams at the bottom of the poll could be switched out with a bunch of other teams and may very well be gone by the next week.
