Did... did you see the game on Saturday? |

Good win, LSU lost, so they got bumped up. |

They were really impressive against OU. There'll be some who put them at #3 or whatever, but I don't want to extrapolate too much from a single game. |

Obligatory bump. I low key wanted to switch Stanford and Wisconsin so the logos would spell out WOW, but that felt inconsistent. |

I just didn't want to be "guy who had Tennessee in his Top 10." I still have hope for them, but man were they bad last week. |

The first team to have lost last week! Notre Dame looked about as good as you can in a non-flukey loss against Texas. I feel good about them and Deshone Kizer (<3) going forward. |

Stayed the same from last week, but they were really unimpressive against a mediocre FCS team in Furman. This is probably the last time I get to talk about Furman during one of these polls though so WOO GO PALADINS. |

I think OU will get shat on in the polls this week, but I don't think they were THAT bad against Houston. I'm not super confident that OU can beat Ohio State in two weeks, but that's also why I have them 9 spots lower. I still think OU can beat all the teams below them on the list, so here's where I have them. |

Kinda the same as the OU explanation. It was like watching the 2015 Texans on Saturday; if LSU got even replacement-level QB play, I think they'd have won that game. But they didn't so *shrug* |

OKAY I PROMISE I CAN EXPLAIN. The Texas hype is going to be huge after this weekend, but I think this is a pretty fair place to but them until we get more data points. If Texas continues to chug along, I'll give them some bump-ups to make up for a relatively cautious Week 2 ranking. For now though, I think this is fair. |

I had to bump them down a spot to make room for Texas but they were real good on Thursday. Against Charlotte but still. |

Bump-up for beating a decent P5 team. |

This was a bigger drop than I wanted. TCU wasn't very good against South Dakota State, but probably not "four spot drop" not very good. Them and Georgia are interchangeable in my mind. (btw: Georgia is 3-0 all-time against TCU, with the last meeting taking place in 1988. Thanks, Winsipedia! |

They beat UCLA, who I had ranked. *indifferent shrug* |

Obligatory bump, but don't overlook their destruction of ULL! Boise fucking killed them, Jesus Christ. |
