Overall Rationale: I basically used the teams in the AP 25, but rearranged them a bit on how I feel they should be. No real reason for anything yet since games haven't been played, but Baylor is 25 because of their rough offseason, Notre Dame is lower because of recent arrests and FSU is lower because of their QB issues. 18-25 are basically random at the moment since I don't really know what to expect from most of those teams right now.
