1	Clemson Tigers	Obviously this team was championship caliber heading into the championship last year and despite the result, could have been the best team. Plus, they return the most important player in college football, so I give them the slightest edge over the evil empire.
2	Alabama Crimson Tide	If Clemson and Bama could be 1a and 1b, I would choose that option, but against my better judgment, I'm putting them at 2. I know they don't need a great proven QB to win another national title, but that question mark would normally put a team outside the top 10, so I feel like 2 is the most natural spot for them heading into the season.
