Beating a team full of blue chips is still very impressive. The only thing that has me worried is my prediction; I had FSU pulling off a great season after *losing* to Alabama. This now feels like a playoff team.

At no point did Alabama seem to have control of the game, indicating real talent from both FSU's offense and defense. This is an ambitious placing given last year but not many teams had a result like Florida State had.

The Seminoles will probably drop next week on account of the fact that their 2023 season won't have any sway on their ranking after their next game, but still, things are looking up for Mike Norvell and these Tallahassee boys after a horrifying 2024 campaign.
