Avery Johnson is quietly a phenomenal player. Probably deserves more attention. #23 on ESPN's SOR, mostly because BYU stomped them. |

Three nice wins over Tulane, Arizona, and Oklahoma State combined with a horrific 29-point loss to BYU makes gauging this team a serious challenge. One thing that really worked in their favor this week was Arizona's win over Utah, which makes K-State's win over Arizona look a ton better. The run game appears to be one of the best in the country, but after their bye, they'll have to go up against one of the best passing offenses in the country in the Colorado Buffaloes. |

Oklahoma State realized that they don't in fact have a quarterback, and promptly did not score any meaningful points in the second half. Meanwhile, Kansas State REMEMBERED that they in fact have an offense, and put up all the points they didn't put up against BYU last week on Oklahoma State this week. how fantastic. This team might be a fraud too though, keep an eye on them for now. |
