Overall Rationale: For the first few weeks of the season (until there's a solid sample size of games against good opponents), my poll is prioritizing undefeated teams with victories over P4 opponents. This week there were 13 such teams. That tier of the poll is divided into by number of P4 wins. The second tier is undefeated teams without a win over P4 teams; there are two such teams. The final 10 spots are for one-loss teams that I think have a decent resume and tests coming up soon that will determine if they are posers or real ones.
