Overall Rationale: See previous weeks. Feel bad some jumps didn't happen like SMU over Tulane or Miami (OH) over Toledo. Late season games don't move the needle a lot and those teams had pretty good leads going into those games. Happy with the top of rankings. Liberty is always tough because I do want to reward undefeated seasons but really goes to show how weak their schedule was when normally any undefeated would be top 4 with this algorithm
