Overall Rationale: I try to rank based on resume, which can create some weird results. I do not base my rankings off my previous ones whatsoever, as that just leaves teams with worse resumes higher than they should be. MOV does not play much of a role in my rankings, either. Feel free to ask me about any ranking.

3 Florida State Seminoles Okay, the FSU-Texas-Alabama trio is really interesting to tackle. I give FSU the edge due to being undefeated – if this were a 1-loss vs 2-loss grouping, I'd probably have both Texas and Alabama ahead of them.
4 Texas Longhorns Texas is close enough to Alabama to where I think H2H is a factor. It's on the border, but especially winning at Alabama, I see it being close enough.
5 Alabama Crimson Tide Alabama may have the strongest wins of these three – it's close between them and Texas, and FSU definitely has weaker wins (but no loss). I just can't put them ahead of either FSU or Texas due to the former being undefeated and the latter winning at Alabama.
