Overall Rationale: Down goes UGA. Michigan continues to handle business. I haven't been high on FSU before all this controversy so no real issue leaving them where I've had them. Minimal reshuffling around the top of the board given recent Ws/Ls. I'm willing to give texas the jump because, while they played with their food for a few weeks, as of late have handled their business. Will be two very fun semifinal games.
