Overall Rationale: Measures what teams have faced and how they have performed against that competition. Beating up on cupcakes doesn't do much for resume early in the season, hence Georgia so low. Still not really impressed with them until they face some competent opposition. My computer tends to be a little high on non-P5 compared to traditional polling, but I think that's part of the fun.
