Overall Rationale: Trying to go mostly off resume now but some teams still ain't played nobody

1 Michigan Wolverines Is one of the few teams that hasn't looked shaky yet this year (+1)
2 Ohio State Buckeyes Another ranked win but that one against Notre Dame looks worse now (+1)
3 Oklahoma Sooners Great win against Texas. Played an awful schedule outside of that though which keeps them from the top spot (+7)
4 Penn State Nittany Lions Giving them a slight edge over Georgia because I think the Iowa and Kentucky games are equally impressive and Penn State has fared better against other P5 teams (+0)
5 Georgia Bulldogs Dominated Kentucky but those performances versus South Carolina and Auburn still look bad (+1)
6 Washington Huskies Win over Arizona looking a bit better (-1)
7 Florida State Seminoles Didn't win by as much as they probably should've but at the end of the year it'll hardly matter (+0)
8 Oregon Ducks On a bye so not much to say. Big game coming up against Washington that could decide one of the spots for the conference championship (+0)
9 Texas Longhorns Prevent never works. Will most likely have a chance for revenge at the end of the year (-8)
10 North Carolina Tar Heels In the top 10 almost by default, still not determined if they're a major contender for the ACC (+2)
11 USC Trojans Gets away with it again somehow but this can't continue forever (-2)
12 Louisville Cardinals Excellent win over Notre Dame and they could be a threat to Florida State if they keep this up (+8)
13 Alabama Crimson Tide Another close one versus A&M but they pulled it out (+1)
14 Ole Miss Rebels Close against Arkansas. Only in 14th because of the ridiculous amount of shenanigans that took place behind (+1)
15 Washington State Cougars So the next four teams have already managed to form a circle of suck with not much separating them. Washington State gets the top spot with their win over Wisconsin (-4)
16 Utah Utes Utah grabs the second with a win over Florida (+8)
17 UCLA Bruins And UCLA gets the third due to beating San Diego State by more than what Oregon State did (NR)
18 Oregon State Beavers And Oregon State gets the fourth after giving up 40 to Cal (-2)
19 Duke Blue Devils Despite all the chaos Duke holds 19th on their bye (+0)
20 Maryland Terrapins Fought in the first half but Ohio State pulled away in the second. Still has a very good shot at 9-3 (-3)
21 Wisconsin Badgers Good win over Rutgers puts them back in the top 25 (NR)
22 Tennessee Volunteers Back in the rankings after 5 teams dropped out (NR)
23 Air Force Falcons Undefeated and probably the new best G5 team with Fresno State dropping but Wyoming is close behind (NR)
24 Notre Dame Fighting Irish I hate to rank a 2 loss team so early in the season but they have a win over Duke and the teams behind them have nothing (-11)
25 Kansas Jayhawks Ranked again after blowing out UCF (NR) Next up(In no particular order): Missouri, Tulane, Liberty, Iowa, BYU, Wyoming, West Virginia, UNLV, Colorado, LSU, JMU, Memphis
