Overall Rationale: Top 10 are settling down some, but 11-20ish might as well be names tossed in a hat at this point. They all have weak schedules and/or haven't played super convincingly. Bama and Tenn drop as they struggle to prove they deserve to be ranked ahead of most of the undefeateds. Mizzou gets an honorary ranking for week for the big 61 yarder to top a decent KState team.
