Overall Rationale: With so many undefeated teams, it seems pointless to try to rank any 3-1 or 2-1 teams. For this week, I am ranking 1) the 1 team that is 4-0 (Notre Dame), 2) the 2 teams that are 3-0 with 2 road wins (Fresno State and James Madison), 3) 22 of the 23 teams that are 3-0 with 1 road win. The unfortunate team that didn't make the cut is Georgia State. Marshall also came close, as the lone 2-0 team with a road win. Having selected these 25 teams, I then ordered them using a proprietary blend of brain cells and dice rolls.
