Louisville and TCU, while I think underrated by the general population, drop out due to increased weakness of their other games (Colorado and GT). Dropped out: Kansas State (17), Louisville (23), TCU (24). New: Florida (20), Missouri (22), Tulane (24). Next few out, in order: Miami, TCU, Louisville, Kansas Sate, Kansas, Clemson, Fresno, Syracuse, Kentucky, BYU, Maryland
