Overall Rationale: Teams are assigned a tier based on their ranking (T1=1-4, T2=5-12, T3=13-30, T4=31-50, T5=51-80, T6=81-110, T7=111-133). Points are gained for wins, subtracted for losses, based on the opponents tier. Small modifiers for game closeness (Win/Loss Bonuses/Penalties = WB, WP, LB, LP) and Opponent's record. ----- Tiers will change slightly week to week to settle numbers (ie: Tier 4 may extend to rank 53, because one team was flip flopping between rank 49 and 53, and causing other teams to go up down in points/ranking)----- If two teams are next to each other in the rankings, and have played head to head, the head to head winner will be ranked higher, regardless of points.----- Note for early weeks: They are extremely volatile, teams that played week 0 get a big early season boost but it balances out by week 4-6
