Ballot Type: Hybrid
Submitted: Sept. 18, 2023, 9:59 a.m.
Overall Rationale: Everybody ranked is still undefeated. In fact there are still 39 undefeated teams at the moment though that should start to change drastically. Currently, still evaluating at baseline ratings, which means there is not yet a reward for "ranked" teams.

Georgia finally appears on the board, but with only a mild climb. Their opp win % is still below the ranked average (66%) at just 50%. |

With USC having off this week, they've normalized with the rest of the league and suffer largely due to a currently weak SOS. Shoutout to Marshall, the only team whose opponents are all winless in the FBS. |
