Overall Rationale: This ballot is based upon what I’ve seen from the teams this week.

1 Georgia Bulldogs They haven’t lost yet, did struggle for a half against SC.
2 Michigan Wolverines They also haven’t lost yet, JJ threw 2 picks early in the game. They haven’t looked amazing yet but they have games ahead of them.
3 Washington Huskies Broke the doors off a down and out Michigan St team who’s trying to find a reason to play. However pop off Washington moving up to 3
4 Texas Longhorns They struggled for most of the game against Wyoming for that reason they drop.
5 Ohio State Buckeyes They let McCord lose and thus the offense went off. The defense also forced multiple turnovers against WKU who has a good offense.
6 USC Trojans They didn’t play.
7 Florida State Seminoles Mightily struggled against a bad Boston College team, I dropped them because of it yet they still beat a solid LSU team who I have at 15 this week.
8 Penn State Nittany Lions Struggled for a bit against Illinois but fought them off and won.
9 Notre Dame Fighting Irish They are undefeated heading into a huge game against OSU in South Bend this week
10 Oregon Ducks Won big play Colorado this coming week they will win.
11 Utah Utes This is a good team I’ll keep them at 11 for now
12 Oregon State Beavers Go Beavers. They are winning and by solid margins keep it up other OSU
13 Duke Blue Devils Played well against Northwestern who isn’t good but they’re undefeated and looking good.
14 Oklahoma Sooners Brent and his team are decimating their opponents thus far and entering the Big 12 schedule.
15 LSU Tigers Put up 41 against a previously undefeated Mississippi St squad. They are looking good after the loss to FSU in week 1
16 North Carolina Tar Heels Drake Maye and company are still undefeated.
17 Colorado Buffaloes Beat their rivals in double ot. Shedeur looks good and the loss of Travis Hunter showed up big. They will likely lose in Eugene this week.
18 Ole Miss Rebels Still undefeated. But haven’t played any nominally good opponents.
19 Tennessee Volunteers I knew not to trust this offense. Lost against Florida and still haven’t won in Florida in a long time.
20 Miami Hurricanes They’re undefeated
21 UCLA Bruins They’re undefeated
22 Washington State Cougars Go Cougs in the PAC 12 swan song
23 Alabama Crimson Tide I can’t excuse what happened against USF, while weather played a factor their QB situation needs fixed.
24 Iowa Hawkeyes This offense is bad but they are winning.
25 Missouri Tigers Beat a Kansas St team that I thought might win the big 12 keep it up Mizzou
