Overall Rationale: Start the season ranking 50/50 based off team strength, talent of players, expectations/performance relative to opponents and progressively put more weight toward the performance relative to opponents as the season carries on.

2	Michigan Wolverines	1/2 until proven otherwise in my opinion.
3	Texas Longhorns	Best win of the season so far.
4	Florida State Seminoles	2nd best win of the season so far.
5	Ohio State Buckeyes	Struggling relative to expectations so far, but the amount of talent outside of QB has me to reticent to move them any lower.
6	Penn State Nittany Lions	Honestly, have looked better than tOSU so far, but I'm not moving them above tOSU until they prove it.
7	Utah Utes	Utes look good, real good. Pac better watch out when Rising comes back.
8	USC Trojans	Offense looks awesome against cupcakes, we'll see how they do against a non-cupcake opponent.
9	Notre Dame Fighting Irish	ND building momentum and look good early on.
10	Washington Huskies	Impressive wins against Boise and Tulse, Penix looks lethal.
11	Alabama Crimson Tide	Even though they lost, I think they'd still beat everyone I have behind them.
