Overall Rationale: It's still early in the season, this is mostly eye test with some heavy weight put towards winning against strong opponents. Texas has looked great and has the best win in the country right now. I don't necessarily think Georgia is any worse than Texas or FSU, but they have yet to face an opponent with a pulse.
