Overall Rationale: Still in the wacky weeks, but a bit of stability occurring as we have 2-3 games under the belts of most teams.

1 Colorado Buffaloes Colorado keeps winning big, against little but P5 teams, which keeps them here.
2 Duke Blue Devils Blue Devils take care of business with a 42-7 win over Lafayette. No one does anything spectacular enough to take #2.
3 Florida State Seminoles Still riding high with solid wins over teams.
4 Wyoming Cowboys Takes care of business, if a little sloppily against their FCS opponent. Celebrate briefly, Texas lurks to climb higher.
5 Ole Miss Rebels Tulane win is quite impressive, even if a bit flukish.
6 Cincinnati Bearcats Pitt causes issues as Cinci catapults up the ranking.
7 Auburn Tigers My model does not know how bad this game was.
8 Wake Forest Demon Deacons Vandy was liked, so now the model loves Wake.
9 Louisiana-Monroe Warhawks Army upset still carrying them through even after being weak against Lamar. Will likely perish terribly at the hands of A&M.
10 USC Trojans Good wins all over the place keeps USC as a solid team.
11 UCLA Bruins Demolished SDSU out of here.
12 Oklahoma Sooners Meh victory over SMU, shows they have the grit.
13 Georgia Southern Eagles UAB victory loved by the model apparently. Finally will be put to the test against a battered Wisconsin
14 Texas Longhorns Alabama was not ranked, so they get some credit but not the hype that you might expect.
15 Washington State Cougars Win against Wisconsin, catapult.
16 Utah Utes Not particularly great performance by Utah while other teams have neat victories lowers them a bit.
17 Notre Dame Fighting Irish Solid performances against low ranked teams.
18 Rutgers Scarlet Knights Undefeated? Not sure why.
19 Mississippi State Bulldogs Rough victory over Arizona, but model only sees a dub.
20 Miami Hurricanes Texas A&M win gets them here.
21 Air Force Falcons Undefeated MW. Seem to have a doable schedule, but I have little faith for the service academies in footballl.
22 Kansas State Wildcats Looking solid, can likely climb a decent bit with a win against Mizzou.
23 Oklahoma State Cowboys Meh performance against Oklahoma State in my opinion, but a win is a win.
24 Iowa Hawkeyes CyHawk victory lets Iowa claw its way in.
25 Maryland Terrapins See Rutgers.
