Overall Rationale: If I'm justifying FSU #1 in Week 1 based on resume of this season alone, I don't see how i can put anyone but Texas #1 this week. No ranked teams have really seemed to lose (although some were close, I'm looking at you UNC), so not too much change. Feel pretty confident in the current group of 25. Next few out, no order (until a few weeks in, where I usually ranked down to roughly 35): Kansas, UCF, Auburn, Miami, Cincinnati, James Madison, Iowa, Minnesota, Arkansas
