Overall Rationale: I've created a predictive computer poll I use for my base results that I've been tweaking over the past two years. I still include a human touch to tweak results, to ensure "intangibles" are able to be accounted for. Also this is a friendly reminder to not take any polls seriously before week 4. There is so little data to go off of - no one can make accurate team predictions yet.
