Overall Rationale: Not a big sample size to go off of, but I still tried to look at teams solely based on who they’ve beaten this year. I admit that, for example, Georgia would 1000% beat Wyoming or Fresno State. But until they get a win that impresses me more than those of Fresno and Wyoming (or until Fresno/Wyoming lose a game), I don’t see any reason to rank them higher. I also partially baked in the rankings I had for last week, mostly so a team doesn’t drop too far after winning a game
