Overall Rationale: Teams get 1 point per win, then .5 for each win by opponents they have beaten (secondary points). Decent road wins add a .5 per win. Losses do not incur negative points in this set up, but neither does anyone benefit from losing to only top teams. They simply gain for wins and wins alone. Top of FCS are counted on a team's wins as I consider them at least equal to bottom level g5. Other FCS are not.
