Overall Rationale: To go with the shakeup this week in college football, I've made some changes to the way TERSE is calculated to emphasize SOR more heavily. Georgia has closed the majority of the gap between them and Ohio State thanks to a fantastic win over Tennessee, but the Buckeyes remain on top for now. Further down, Tulane reaches a record high for the third straight week, while Liberty, UCF, FSU, and Coastal Carolina all enter the rankings.
