Overall Rationale: My personal thoughts on how teams are, keeping in mind expectations and also how they looked. For example, Notre Dame's loss to Ohio State doesn't send them down because I rated Ohio State above them and as such they should've lost, according to my rankings. Clemson's performance vs Georgia Tech was not impressive whatsoever, which caused them to slide some in the rankings. I feel as though Utah is overall better and would win more often than not vs Florida, but results on the field matter, so Florida has to be ahead, at least for now.
