Overall Rationale: Composite poll utilizing a weighted system of multiple polls - the average of the 6 BCS computer polls is 20% - the F/+ (or FEI) is 30% - ESPN FPI is 25% - An average of 8 other 'auxiliary' polls is the remaining 20% Strive to be as 'data driven' as possible, without human weighting. May adjust methodology as the season goes by if some polls are introducing too many outliers or deviations. - Another note is some polls have delayed release, those polls will be omitted on weeks when they have not been published. Some notable examples the Colley Matrix will not start until week 4. - Rankings may be odd in the early weeks as not enough games have been played.
