Overall Rationale: Entering rankings this week: #21 BYU, #22 Oregon State Leaving rankings this week: #29 UCLA, #31 Texas A&M Where most see a clear top three in college football (myself included), TERSE sees a clear top two: Ohio State and Georgia are separated by half a point and are 7.1 points ahead of the field. It's still not sold on Alabama with how close the Tide played a lot of weak opponents last year, but a win over Texas next week would still probably set them ahead of Michigan at #3. Penn State is the biggest move of the weekâjumping to #5 based on a quite impressive win over Purdue.
