1 Georgia Bulldogs I mean they dominated a solid, but not elite Oregon team. A better performance than OSU or Bama.
2 Ohio State Buckeyes Slow start, but given the WR situation, they were able to adjust but was a slightly less impressive performance than Georgia against a similar opponent
3 Alabama Crimson Tide
4 Clemson Tigers While the score was impressive, this was a one score game in the third quarter before Clemson pulled away. Their offense has holes including the O-Line and QB
5 Oklahoma Sooners
6 Michigan Wolverines
7 Texas A&M Aggies Dropped one spot due to SoS- they beat an FCS team where as Michigan beat an FBS team
8 Baylor Bears
9 Oklahoma State Cowboys Dropped one spot due to poor defense allowing CMU to stay in the game
10 Wisconsin Badgers
11 Michigan State Spartans I view MSU and Wisconsin as similar and MSU closed the gap between them by having a more impressive game
12 Arkansas Razorbacks
13 Pittsburgh Panthers A gritty win against a regional rival, would have moved up even more if Pitt had put the game away earlier
14 USC Trojans While they did play an inferior opponent, the offense performed well
15 Kentucky Wildcats
16 Ole Miss Rebels
17 Miami Hurricanes Extremely weak SoS since they played an FCS school, but they did score 70 so the offense is at least on the same page
18 Utah Utes Hung tough in a hard road game. The heat and humidity of Florida in the summer hurt Utah, likely a different outcome if the Gators were in Utah
19 Notre Dame Fighting Irish An overrated team which did hang tough until the end. OSu did struggle offensively in the beginning, likely due to ND's defense playing well, but the offense did not look good
20 Oregon Ducks Not a bad team, but ran into the defending champs in a pretty much home game for UGA
21 BYU Cougars
22 Wake Forest Demon Deacons Clearly WF does not need Hartman to continue rolling
23 Penn State Nittany Lions The offense against Purdue looked solid, needs improvement on the run game. The defense is a big question mark moving forward
24 NC State Wolfpack NC State did not deserve this win, but gritted through a tough game
