Overall Rationale: I essentially have 5 tiers to my top 25: top 3, 4-7, 8-12, 13-20, and 21-25. For the most part, I think most of those teams in each of those tiers can be re-arranged in most ways. As it still only week 2, I am trying to be extremely fluid in my rankings from week to week and am trying to have as little poll inertia as possible. I am trying to not be retrospective in my polls early on, but my biggest changes were: Florida from unranked to #13 and Utah from #7 to #22. New Teams: Florida (13) Minnesota (18) UCF (23) and Wake Forest (25) Teams that are now out: Oregon, NC State, Cincinnati, and Houston. The average switch between Week 1 and Week 2 was +/-4.6 with only 2 teams (Alabama, TAMU) to stay in the same spot.
