Overall Rationale: Judge me for it, any team I didn't have ranked that played an FCS team remains unranked. That will lead to some teams getting votes that wouldn't otherwise. I also dropped in rankings the teams that played FCS teams.  I'd vote for Ole Miss if I could. I'm more than likely overacting to Notre Dame and LSU's victory.
