Overall Rationale: None is a funny default for this. My Rationale is your pretty traditional one. I rank in order of who I think is "best". IE 1 is better than 2 is better than 3. By this logic, 1 SHOULD beat 2 and below. There are obviously things that make this impossible, but that's what I aim for. I Value the 'Eye Test" Highly. I want a team to show me impressive performances on the field, against quality opponents. I tend to think of groups of teams in Tiers, then rank inside of those tiers.
