Overall Rationale: The base for the poll is generated using an AI network that I trained to predict the final AP poll of the season based on week 1 results and preseason expectations.  Some of the results are whacky, though, due to the lack of data points at this stage in the season.  So, I made some tweaks here or there to correct some of these while still trying to maintain the AI network's rankings as closely as was reasonable.
