Overall Rationale: little data to go off of, which means any team with a half-decent win is probably gonna move up. There are gonna be some wild over-reactions here. I'm ranking mostly based on resumes, and when every team has a sample size of 1, it means some teams that are probably bad are gonna get ranked off the back of their 1 win (see UNC, Auburn, Colorado). It's Week 1, don't worry about it too much.
I don't feel like typing out all my thoughts, but: I consider Michigan's victory to be legit, but due to them barely scraping by against WMU, I am keeping them off the ballot.
