Overall Rationale: Every new team I added last week lost, shows how much trying to weigh resume helps :/. This was easily the toughest week to rank. Texas impressed me even in defeat, but with the logjam at the top determining how far to drop them was extremely difficult. Also 2 loss Notre Dame and LSU - definitely look like they could beat anyone at times, but have been the victims of bad schedules. Adding more subjectivity than I probably usually would. Most of the teams who lost I cannot justify ranking (Kentucky - sure, it's Georgia, but that was a total ass kicking; Miami - goes without saying, etc.) but are just on the outside looking in. Dropped out: Miami (17, organizational malpractice), Kentucky (20, significant loss), Missouri (22, home loss), Maryland (23, probably the most excusable loss but horrible 2nd half), Fresno State (24, loss), Texas A&M (25, fine loss but also you lost to *that* team a few weeks ago). New this week: Louisville (13), Duke (20), UCLA (22), Air Force (23), Wyoming (24), Clemson (25). Next few out, vague order: Tulane, Kansas, Missouri, Kentucky, Maryland, James Madison, Miami, Colorado, WVU
