Overall Rationale: TERSE had a personal vendetta against me this week. It kept OU in the top ten (one spot above Oklahoma State, too), dropped Tennessee after a win, and finally ranked USC. In more enjoyable news for me, Syracuse continues to storm up the rankings, and a number of unfamiliar and familiar faces return to the back of the top 25 (welcome Washington, and welcome back BYU, Notre Dame, and Baylor). Last but not least, a Kansas update: they're now 39th and only two spots behind Texas.
