Overall Rationale: Human poll relying mostly on Resume, SoS, and MoV. Eye-test used sparingly, and usually only in situations with similar bodies of work for the season.

2 Ohio State Buckeyes Ohio state is the third best team in CFB after UGA and Kent State.

6 USC Trojans Oregon State is a good team, this was a solid win. Not better than Kent State though.

12 Minnesota Golden Gophers There is no reason to have Minnesota out of the top 15 on a resume based ballot. This team is very good. Ibrahim could play for Kent State.

14 NC State Wolfpack NC State's opponents havent been great, if they continue to win they will rise faster than other teams who continue to win in my poll. Main drawback is their name is NC state, not Kent State.

19 Florida State Seminoles Unsure what to do with FSU, they keep winning and should probably be higher than i have them. Admittedly, i didnt get to watch the highlights of their game against BC, so im unfortunately a bad voter this week. Also Kent State.

23 Texas A&M Aggies Ranked due to resume, eye-test would dictate not being ranked but this is a resume poll. Kent State.

25 Arkansas Razorbacks Much lower than other people probably have them, 2 bad games in a row. I have no faith in A&M to perform well in any game and Arkansas managed to throw this one away. If only they had a chance to play against UGA and do better than Kent State did.
