Overall Rationale: As an Aggie, love the Kansas St and Tech wins over OU and UT. Also as an Aggie, I cannot in good conscience rank that A&M team. The offense is ABYSMAL. That said, the 5 teams who just missed my ranking: Oregon State, Texas A&M, LSU, Maryland, and Pitt.
