Overall Rationale: Dropped from last week: Texas (13 - not a bad loss but can't justify a 2 loss team at this point), Michigan State (21 - My bad on this one), Miami (22 - lol), Florida State (24 - attrition), Pitt (25 - attrition). New this week: Minnesota (18), Kansas State (21), Cincinnati (23), Kansas (24), Texas Tech (25). Next few out, IN ORDER: Florida State, Pitt, TCU, Wake Forest, Oregon State, Syracuse, James Madison, LSU, UCLA, Mississippi State, Texas, Notre Dame
