Overall Rationale: Watched as many games as I could, as I attended the PSU game.

1 Georgia Bulldogs Kent State isn't a pushover team for the MAC. They regularly are a worthy MAC opponent. Something to keep an eye on for the future, but it doesn't give me enough to move Georgia from #1.
2 Ohio State Buckeyes Drubbed Wisconsin. Enough said.
3 Alabama Crimson Tide Drubbing Vandy isn't something unexpected for Alabama. Let's see them beat one of their division teams next.
4 Tennessee Volunteers Scored a huge win over the Gators and catapult into the playoff race.
5 Clemson Tigers Bear a decent Wake Forest team. They've been tested and move up.
6 Michigan Wolverines Survived their first test against a P5 opponent.
7 Oklahoma State Cowboys BYE
8 USC Trojans USC prevailed against stiff competition Oregon State
9 Kentucky Wildcats Northern Illinois gave the Wildcats the reminder we all needed, you can't sleep on MAC teams.
10 Ole Miss Rebels A closer than expected win against Tulsa? At least they are no longer winless against Tulsa, all-time series now 1-3 in favor of Tulsa.
11 Penn State Nittany Lions Penn State got a ton of turnovers. Special teams needs work but it was clear that PSU had outmached CMU. They're just outside the Top 10.
12 Oregon Ducks They beat Washington State on the road after being behind for much of the game. They're moving up.
13 NC State Wolfpack Bye
14 Oklahoma Sooners They laid an egg against their first big test. Now they have no room for error. They fall back a bit until we see them win some Big 12 games.
15 Baylor Bears Decent victory against unbeaten ISU. Can they handle the ranked opponents of the Big 12 though?
16 Washington Huskies Solid win against Stanford. The Huskies are looking more like the playoff team we knew them as.
17 Texas A&M Aggies They beat Arkansas in a wacky way but a win is a win.
18 Florida State Seminoles They're back and they'll be tested for the remainder of the year.
19 Minnesota Golden Gophers The near shutout of MSU in East Lansing gives Minnesota this Top 20 ranking.
20 Utah Utes The road win against ASU shows they've shaked off the Florida loss.
21 Kansas State Wildcats They're back in the playoff conversation, but they can't afford a loss.
22 BYU Cougars Beating a good MWC team + the Baylor win gets them here.
23 Kansas Jayhawks They are real as of now. Duke was the final test. Let's see if Kansas can handle the Cyclones and get 2 Big 12 wins in a single season.
24 Cincinnati Bearcats Drubbing unbeaten Indiana gives the Group of 5 representation again in my poll.
25 Wake Forest Demon Deacons The Clemson loss stings but the way they lost keeps them in my rankings.
