Overall Rationale: Poll inertia is dumb. Why is Utah ahead of Florida when they lost to a now top ten ranked team? Also, why is UNC out of the polls while Texas A&M stays in after their two performances against App State? Michigan might be good, even really good, but they need to see someone with something more than a pulse. Also Oklahoma has looked a little shaky while Gundy's bunch has been getting it done. I expect the winner of Texas Tech/NC State to start moving up the polls. Also watch out for Minnesota sneaking through a down year in the west. I don't know if they're a top 15 team, but they'll certainly get there by record if they keep winning. I think Baylor can bounce back. Penn State is simply a victim of being my 26th(ish) team. They have alot of issues, but could play they're way into the top 20.
